Welcome to the Encinitas Trader Joe’s food and wine blog. Those of you who work at the store know that we try new food items nearly every day of the week and new wines every week. However, we have yet to find the ideal way of sharing notes and experiences with each other. Hopefully this blog will help fill in some of the gaps. Remember…we are not professional tasters. We do this because we are foodies and we want to share this passion with each other. ENJOY!
Welcome to the Encinitas Trader Joe's Food and Wine Blog. This little page is a collection of food and wine tasting notes from the crew members of our store and is intended to be enjoyed by anyone finding their way aboard. Since we do tasting for the crew several times a week there are bound to be things that not all of us get a chance to try and this page should allow those who miss out on something to get a sense for what their crewmates thought about the gooding we always seem to get in to. Crew members should feel free to contribute via e-mail or at the store. Enjoy!
